5 Top Tips for Service-Based Businesses:
Develop a team so that you’re not limiting your customers to the amount of time you personally have. You can then expand and give them more service.
Put Service First – Treat your clients well and love them so much that they love your service and your business.
Build the service within your team. If you put your team first over your customer and build a great culture they will share that passion and service with your customers as well.
Make it easy for the customer to work with you. Don’t make your policies difficult and that build barriers, instead, make it easy for the customer to speak with you and work with you.
Set up systems and process that make your business work. Process equals success.
