Sunday will be a day of rest where you have to choice to spend some one on one time with God or be involved in some relax retreat business workshops.

So, I’ve been really blessed to be given sometime off with my husband over the past few weeks and it’s been wonderful AND CWIB kept running while I was away which is fabulous to get the business to a point where you can spend time away and it still runs.
I wanted to share with you today some tips to help you get your business to a point where you too can take some much earned time out to rest and recover.
Here are the points;
- Build a good solid systems and a great team. A good team in your business is priceless! Making sure everyone knows what they are doing and how to do it will keep everything running like a well oiled machine.
- Automate what you can. Welcome Emails, payment reminders. If you’re not sure how to do all this, feel free to book in for a session with me through The Automation Girl.
- With systems, comes good routine. Having your business run with systems and building that into a good weekly routine means everything will get done when it needs to. You don’t need to micro manage your team members. If it’s the same each week. Everyone knows when things need to get done.
- Let things go and trust. Finally my last point is mindset. A wise Pastor once told me, try and trust people upfront and only doubt once they let you down. Of course you need to have good discernment, but if you’ve taken time recruiting and picked the right people you can trust them. When you finish your last day and turn those emails, off hand it over to God and let it go. Mind over matter. Everything will be okay and if it’s not you have a team that will work things out. Let them be creative and use their initiative.
Believe it or not, unless the world caves in, your business should still be there once you get back.
So, for the exciting news we have to share with you!!! Behind the scenes, we’ve been working hard on something special for you. Founder Sarah-Jane Meeson was given a word to inspire women. Since then, Sarah-Jane dreamed about how she could inspire women and unite them together. She knew it was going to be for God and she knew she had a passion for business and just to see people thrive and be all that they can be: no matter what past they’ve had, no matter how much money or where they come from. It’s about them being the best person they can be for God and to help share their story of how God has worked through their life and business.
After chatting with a girlfriend and sitting on the idea for a while, God kept prompting her heart to bring this movement of women together. After some time, Sarah-Jane knew what she needed to do; she bit the bullet and now here it is. Christian Women in Business – a movement of Christian women pushing forward for God in their businesses … and it’s great!
