We are recruiting for an Operations Manager to help bring the vision and mission of CWIB to life. This role is a part-time role of 10-12 hours a week with flexible working hours. Living on the eastern side of Australia an advantage.
What are the traits we are looking for:
+ A person of strong faith who believes that Jesus Christ is their Saviour.
+ A mature, elegant, person who can carry, take hold of and share the vision and mission of CWIB with courage and zeal.
+ Someone who is super organised, detailed, hardworking, and able to manage multiple projects.
+ Be open to travel once a year for our annual conference and have the confidence to help bring the conference together.
+ Gracious and willing to manage volunteers and team members.
+ Must live by faith of the unseen.
+ Be willing to learn as we grow.
+ Enjoy having fun in the process.
+ Have an amazing initiative and motivation to get work done without being micromanaged. Ability to work independently.
+ Great at building relationships & networking.
+ Excellent writing and communication skills.
+ Willing to learn about CRM systems and marketing.
+ Able to use all Microsoft suites and be willing to learn online software including, Dropbox, Active Campaign, WordPress, Elementor.
+ Enjoy predictability as well as variety.
+ Bring a bubbly personality to the team and our CWIB members.
+ Share in the development and help create the strategic plan for CWIB and the sister arms.
+ Make sure stuff gets done with the day to day running of the business.
+ Organise and liaise with conference centres, organisations and missionaries to build strategic alliances.
+ Help manage the lead up to the annual conference – sorting out room allocations, dietary requirements and communication to delegates. Managing sponsors and stallholders.
+ Help manage memberships and customer enquires where relevant.
+ Help with creating a fantastic customer experience for our members and thinking of creative ways we can serve them.
+ Help with the running of the community & The Members Hub.
+ Manage other projects that come up throughout the year, membership intakes, course enrolments.
+ Helping the Founder with any other needs and requirements as they come up.
As the business progresses and the sister arms develop, hours may increase but will still remain flexible. Training will be given to the right person. This position will be on a contractual basis, you will need to have ABN (sole trader minimum), have great internet, your own laptop/computer and the discipline to be able to work from home.
