Karma Houston- Personal Trainer for Mums
Hi, I’m Karma and I’m a personal trainer for mums! I specialise in pre and postnatal training however I also train mums at any stage of their motherhood.
Where I’m from there is little in the way of education or services that cater to mums during pregnancy and the postpartum phase in fitness. So few trainers know how the pelvic floor and core is impacted by pregnancy. It also seems that so few women don’t realise that while it’s common to leak, it’s not actually normal. The jokes around peeing after pregnancy may be so funny that you wet yourself, but jokes on you if you do. I want to help combat weak pelvic floors so leaks no longer happen.
It is my aim to help women love their bodies, improve their fitness and to positively change their mindset around health and fitness.
