Christian Women in Business & The Automation Girl
I was given a word to inspire women. Since then, I dreamt about how I could inspire women and unite them together. I first started Empowering Her Business, which then gave birth to The Digital Project Manager and now CWIB.
I have a huge passion for women and building them up and I am in love with God so being able to bring these two things together is amazing!
I grew up in Nottinghamshire, UK and have been living in Australia for 9 years. I am married to an amazing husband and we enjoy travel, fitness and adventures together around Australia and the world.
God is teaching me every day to step up in faith the be the leader he needs me to be and I commit my life to Him.
I so can't wait to see all the incredible women out there rising up!
I also love making business owners lives easier through automation's and email marketing <3 (www.theautomationgirl.com)
I'm not sure I would change anything if I started over again, I have learnt so much from being on the path I am on and God's provision and our love story grows everyday.
If I could tell my self one thing it would be to stop listening to everyone else and just follow your own instinct and heart.
I've had so many mindset transformations through my journey of business so I'm going to have to name a few:
Don't compare yourself to other. "When you compete with no-one, no-one can compete with you." - Lisa Bevere. I love this quote and I've had to change my mindset so much of how I see other people making sure I don't get jealous or compare our grasses. Now I feel so content and have come to a place where I know God is going to use me in my own unique way and no one else has my uniqueness.
By doing less you actually do more - We all only have so much time, so it's really important to make sure what time we do have is going to get you the best results. Everyday I ask myself, is what i'm doing today going to bring me the best results for my business, my fitness, my marriage. If it's not then I stop doing it or outsource it. That way I am getting best bang for my time and I can balance my life out.
The biggest thing you can do in business no matter what industry is to find a problem and then find a solution to fix it that people will pay for... Once you have this worked out, it all comes down to how well you can sell it.
